PROCESSING

What is processing? How does it differ from delivery?

According to InventoryOps.com, order processing is the process (or work-flow) associated with the picking, packing and preparing packed items for a shipping carrier and is a key element of order fulfillment. Delivery, on the other hand, is provided by most postal systems, express mail, private courier companies, and less than truckload shipping carriers. These couriers take a package from a company and deliver it to a client.

  • Orders for TKB are processed Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

  • Express orders placed before 12:00 noon EST will be processed the same day and orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will be processed the following business day. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

The Kopper Butterfly is pleased to offer flat rate standard ground shipping throughout the continental US via the USPS.

Domestic orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You may expedite your domestic order via Fedex 2nd Day for $30, or Overnight service for $45. 

Orders to HI/AK/PR are shipped via FedEx SmartPost. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in NY.

Ground shipments can take 1-5 days to arrive to any address within the continental U.S.

Unfortunately; we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen natural events. In the case of severe weather, we are not responsible for delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive shipment notification email once your order has shipped.

The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. For the most up to date shipping information, please contact Customer Service or refer to your USPS tracking number.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We are proud to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

Please note, these orders will ship via FedEx SmartPost and may result in slightly longer transit times. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

The Kopper Butterfly offers international shipping through Fedex Worldwide.

DO YOU OFFER PROFESSIONAL MUA DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we offer a Professional MUA Program for Industry Professionals (freelancers) and current working Professional MUAs. The discount offered is 20% for Industry Professionals or 30% for Professional MUAs. Upon approval you will receive an email with your membership status and unique discount code. To maintain the status of your code you must spend $500USD per quarter.

In order to be approved for The Kopper Butterfly Student Program we must receive 1 of the following credentials, must be a photocopy or scan and valid within 12 months:

  • Letter of acceptance with letterhead.

  • Confirmation of class schedule.
